Points for Surveys Review – Is it worth it? (Not For Everyone)

Taking online surveys is a helpful way to increase your weekly or monthly earnings. This is something that is more important for some people than others. But what it takes to fill out surveys is a strong mindset and the courage to keep performing.

Surveys don’t pay much, so survey panels sometimes include other things like free bonuses and sweepstakes entries. If you join a panel that offers this, and you win, you have made good use of your time.

So making good use of your time is hard to accomplish. You have to scour all the reviews in Google, and try to find a survey site that has the most benefits.

If a survey site is not your thing, there are alternative ways you can make money online, such as utilizing GPT and PTC Sites. These work a little different, but still offer surveys. They just have more ways that you can make money.

This review is important to you because you need to find out how Points For Surveys will pay you and other critical rudiments such as getting paid and what countries can join.

I mean, you could sit around and show up on Points For Surveys website, but how will you find the answers that you are looking for? You might need to know why it isn’t letting you join? You could think that it’s just your computer, but in actual fact, the company has put a block on countries outside the US.

Let’s keep moving forward to see how worthy this survey panel is.

What Is Points for Surveys?

Points For Surveys is a survey panel purely for members of the TrueBlue frequent flyer program of JetBlue Airways.

There’s not a lot of information surrounding how this came to be, but I’m guessing that it has something to do with the founding members working together with the airline, or having a job in the airlines or something. Maybe he/she was a pilot of the craft and heard about another side hustle and therefore created Points For Surveys out of it.

Moving forward, there’s two websites that you need to look at, which is PointsForSurveys.com and JetBlue.com. If you are not a member of JetBlue, it is suggested that you join them first. Keeping in mind that you must live within the US as well.

What about social media? This is important as it helps newbies ascertain whether a gig is right for them or not. You can contribute to the Facebook Fan Page by providing comments to relevant questions, pertaining to the fact that they do offer a Facebook Page. In this case, I could not find any social media pertaining to this survey panel. This means, they are kept private, making it hard to find out all things available. Luckily for you, I have created this review to help you better organize yourself when moving forward with this panel.

How Does Points for Surveys Work?

To get started with Points For Surveys website, you need a computer and internet connection so that you can sign up and login to your account.

You will probably also have to provide details on what demographics best suits you so that they can send you relevant surveys.

During this stage, normally I would tell you to download their app and like them on Facebook, but they don’t have either of these.

So, now, the important part. You need to be a member of the TrueBlue frequent flyer program of JetBlue Airways and live in the US in order to join this platform. I’m sorry, if you don’t have either of these, but it’s the way it is, unfortunately.

For anyone who is not a member of this panel but does live in the America, you are absolutely able to join. My advice is that you create an account with JetBlue.com and come back to Points For Surveys to create an account there as well.

How To Earn From Points for Surveys

#1Join JetBlue.com

If you live in the US, you should create an account with JetBlue.com so that you can take surveys with Points For Surveys. You could be an elite when it comes to online surveys, and this could be a panel that you have not heard of yet. Therefore, this is what you have to do.

#2Join Points For Surveys

If you live in the US and are a member of JetBlue.com (or can become a member) you should consider joining Points For Surveys. It is as easy as going to the website and hitting the “Join Now” button in the top menu. You’ll have to provide your name and email address. If you like, you can read their about page, which outlines a little bit more on who they are.

#3Paid Surveys

The unfavorable thing about this survey panel is that they don’t pay you in cash. Instead, they pay you with TrueBlue points. This is going to work out fabulous for people who are members of the JetBlue website because they have the chance to sit back and take surveys for points contributing to their travels. In other words, for the travel that they do, they don’t have to pay as much, their ticket prices will be much lower.

Points For Surveys says that they send surveys on a regular basis. They also say that they can’t provide details on who or when different members will receive them. This probably means that some people might get more than others, it really just depends. I recommend you sort out your demographics in a way that will help you get more surveys.

#4Receive A Special Bonus Gift

As a thank you, Points For Surveys actually gives people 400 TrueBlue bonus points just for becoming a member of the panel.

Just imagine that. You are on one site doing surveys, and building up your points on another.

If you ask me, this is a very unique way to do things. Very creative.

It’s better when you get a bonus for being a part of a community. I wish they had a Facebook Page because then everyone could celebrate their bonuses over there together.

Payment Method and Minimum Payout

As mentioned in this review, when you become a member of Points For Surveys, you are actually building up your Flyer Points on the JetBlue website. This is going to be a great deal for current members of the JetBlue website.

I would have thought they would have a referral program because if they did, you could get paid for inviting people as well. To be honest, I would say that there would be many other people that would join if they saw this offer.

Pros & Cons

What’s to like –

  • You can build flyer points and obtain cheaper travel
  • Both websites are highly valuable and easy to use

What’s not to like –

  • It is limited to what you can do

This has to be one of the best offers I’ve ever seen. Even though it doesn’t provide much opportunity to do anything, the point of focus is clear, and the businesses are of good value. Both businesses have good reviews about them.

I mean, if I was sitting at home and didn’t want to pay full flight payment anymore, I would do some surveys On PointsForSurveys.com and get cheaper flights next time I fly.

Is this a good way to make money? No, because you don’t make any money. You can’t turn the points into cash, either.

Therefore, I don’t recommend this site if what you want to do is earn money using a computer.

However, if you intend to earn points to obtain cheaper travel flights, I recommend this option 100%.
